1.High- vs. Low-Context Communication:
Chinese (High-Context): Indirect communication,
American (Low-Context): Direct, explicit messages.
So Chinese negotiator should define concrete data or things.
2.Polychronic (China): Flexible timelines, less rigid and clock-bound,more flexible and human-centered,
Monochronic (U.S.): emphasis schedules,segmentation,promptness,do one event at a time,more concrete and tangible, they are punctuality and promptness.
So Chinese negotiator should on time when negotiation with American negotiator .
